The Mumbai Indians have released a video of their skipper Rohit Sharma, who will be preparing for the IPL 2022 season shortly.
It hasn’t even been 24 hours since Rohit Sharma led India to a dramatic victory over Sri Lanka in a day-night Test in Bengaluru, and the skipper has already joined his club Mumbai Indians in the IPL. MI has released footage of Rohit and his partner Jasprit Bumrah entering the bio-bubble.
Rohit can be seen cuddling his daughter and entering the team hotel in a video posted on Instagram, where he is seen looking at the numerous IPL trophies he has won with MI over the years. The team is the most successful in league history, having won a record five championships to far, and will be looking to make it six this year.
On March 27, they face the Delhi Capitals at the Brabourne Stadium in Mumbai to begin their new season.
