ipl 2022 match prediction : Ahmedabad’s IPL squad will not participate in the tournament? IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR ALL CRICKET FANS

Despite claims that the Ahmedabad franchise is attempting to recruit stars like as Hardik Pandya, Krunal Pandya, Shreyas Iyer, and Shikhar Dhawan for the forthcoming IPL 2022 season, the fact is that the Ahmedabad IPL franchise does not exist. This is the situation as the IPL 2022 super auction approaches.

The BCCI had declared a few weeks ago that two new teams – Ahmedabad and Lucknow – will play in the IPL 2022, but according to an InsideSport storey, the BCCI has yet to authorise Irelia Company Pte Ltd (CVC Capital Partners) to manage the Ahmedabad IPL franchise. On October 25, CVC Capital was named as the winner of the auction for the Ahmedabad IPL team, with an offer of Rs 5625 crores. However, due to the corporation’s reported investments in a betting company, doubts have been raised about CVC Capital’s role in the IPL.

The BCCI, for its part, has yet to provide an official comment about the due diligence that the BCCI does prior to the addition of any new IPL franchise. The deadline for IPL 2022 player retention is November 30, and the BCCI has requested that all teams submit their list of retained players before that date.

After the deadline has passed, the deadline for two new IPL franchises will begin, with Ahmedabad and Lucknow having until December 25 to pick three players before the major auction in 2022. InsideSport previously revealed that the due diligence process for Ahmedabad team owners is underway. According to the report, the tender rights for the IPL 2022 have been postponed owing to a dispute over the ownership of the Ahmedabad club.
