Kedar Jadhav has begun his preparations for the IPL 2021 second phase. On his Instagram storey today, the Sunrisers Hyderabad all-rounder shared a video of himself running in the practise nets.

Kedar Jadhav can be seen sweating profusely in the nets in the minute-long video he released.

The second phase of the IPL 2021 is most likely Kedar’s last chance to resurrect his international career. If he puts up a strong showing in the remaining IPL games, he may be able to return to the international stage.

In the second phase of the IPL 2021, the club management expects a better performance from the 36-year-old.

The BCCI has decided to move the IPL 2021 second phase from India to the United Arab Emirates. Kedar Jadhav, the all-rounder for Sunrisers Hyderabad, does not have happy recollections of playing in the Gulf country. Last year, the 36-year-old batted for the Chennai Super Kings in the UAE, accumulating 62 runs at a strike rate of 93.94.

Jadhav had a batting average of around 20. After a string of poor performances, the Chennai Super Kings cut him from the team. It will be fascinating to see if Jadhav can better his UAE record this year.
