After 36 games, four teams remain in the first U19 Women’s T20 World Cup. Both semi-finals take place on his Friday 27th January, with India v New Zealand in the afternoon and Australia v England in the evening. Here’s what her four semi-finalists and their key players have achieved so far:
India
India won Group D after beating South Africa, United Arab Emirates and Scotland. In the Super Six Round, they lost to Australia by 87 points, but bounced back from that loss with a commanding win over Sri Lanka to secure a place in the semi-finals. key figure
Vice-captain Shweta Serawat and left arm spinner Manat Kashyap.
Sehrawat was quite the star in India with the racket. She was her second-most scorer in the competition, and out of five innings she was undefeated in three.
Kashyap opened for India as he missed the game but has since taken wickets in three of the four matches. Kashyap and his Parshavi Chopra leg spinner, he is the only Indian player to score 4 for 4 in this competition.
New zealand
New Zealand topped the table after winning their Group C matches against Indonesia, Ireland and the West Indies. In the Super Six they survived the scare against Rwanda before crushing Pakistan.They finished second in Super Six Group 2 due to a lower net run rate than England.

Georgia Plummer and Anna Browning.
Plummer has put his 13 international game experience to good use. She has a batting average of 157.89 and is New Zealand’s second most carried 120 carries. She was undefeated against the West Indies where she scored 41 openers in 22 balls and against Pakistan she scored a half-century on one shot.
Browning leads their batting average. She also contributed in her right-arm seam bowling, and a saving of 2.64 gave her four wickets. She was part of a New Zealand development team that toured India in her December, where she won 3–1 in the final match in Mumbai.
Australia
Her inaugural T20 Women’s U19 Worlds Her cup started off as an upset as Australia lost to Bangladesh. Australia were then clinical enough to make sure they had no problems en route to the semi-finals. 2.844) beat India’s net run rate (2.210) to finish second in Super Six Group 1.

Maggie Clarke and Kate Pele.
Clark put his tall build to good use to take his nine wickets, his second highest in the tournament to date. She hit the deck hard and was able to squeeze out enough moves to move the batters. Wicket draw.
Pele put the bat on top and made a strong presence. She has 130 carries and a 130 batting average in five games, including half a century. She handed her glove to Paris Hall after holding wickets in her first three games. It’s hard to stop her on the rise, as evidenced by the Australian U-19 Championship, when she was NSW’s second-highest goalscorer.
England
England were cool in this tournament. They began their campaign by beating Zimbabwe by 25, Rwanda by 45, and Pakistan in the meantime. They mastered both Super Six games by leading Ireland and the West Indies. As a result, they advanced to the semifinals with a net run rate of 5.088, easily the best of any team.

Grace Scrivens and Sophia Smale. Scrivens dominated the tournament for three and a half centuries with 269 runs and a 137.94 batting average. At Liberty Heap, she has a dangerous opening her partner. The pair added her 200 running her stall. Scrivens also holds the record for her highest one-point total (93) in the tournament.
In Smale, England has a cunning left-handed spinner who outsmarts her opponent’s game on multiple occasions. After gaining experience as part of the Invincibles at the title-winning Oval at the Hundreds, Smale returned his eight wickets, the most in England. Seamer Ellie Anderson is to Smale, Heap is to Scrivens. Anderson has seven wickets and is one of two bowlers in the competition where he recorded a five-wicket draw.
