Dubai Capitals vs Sharjah Warriors
Not only was Tom Kohler Cadmore’s 47th delivery, but his 106th ferocious was Joe’s of his route as the Sharjah Warriors defeated his Capitals in Dubai by seven wickets. Overshadowed his 80th unbeaten streak of 54. The Warriors needed 178 to win and he chased it in just 14.4 overs to record his first win in the ILT20 after a hat-trick loss.
Rahmanullah Gurbaz and Kohler-Cadmore quickly moved away from Chase’s block as they added 47 runs before being brought down by Akif’s Rajah in four overs. Following his second wicket stand of his 48 runs in partnership there were only 16 deliveries, of which Dawidmaran scored only his 9 as Kohler-Cadmore delivered fireworks. Mujiburu he included two sixes and four fours in 29 run-overs by Rahman as the Warriors raced to 95 on his play. The layoffs of Maran and Moen Ali did not affect Kohler-Cadmore’s approach. He collected his 46-ball 100 and finished with 6.
Called for a blow earlier, the Capitals lost Robin Uthappa and Chirag Suri early on before Root and Dan Lawrence made 82 of 59 deliveries in the third wicket. Lawrence was sent off for 34, but Robman’s Powell made quick runs, hitting 44 of 27 in his union with Root for 74 runs. But thanks to Kohler-Cadmore’s excellent innings, a total of 177 proved insufficient.

Abu Dhabi Night Riders vs. MI Emirates
Her 65 for Dhanan Jaya de Silva went nowhere as a cameo from midfielder MI Emirates helped her team to a last-ball victory over the Abu Dhabi Knight Riders. Andre Fletcher needed 171 to win and scored for half a century. Meanwhile, Kieron Pollard (31 out of 23), Najibullah Zadran (35 out of 17) and Dwayne Bravo scored decisive goals to keep them on the front line. This was MI’s third consecutive victory as MI extended their undefeated run while the Knight Riders suffered their fifth loss at the Trot and went without a win.
Muhammad Waseem and Will Smede fell on powerplays, but Fletcher and Nicolas Poulean continued the chase with a brisk 55-run streak. I faced Rahil Kumara right after crossing 50. Pollard scored some coveted boundaries and Zadran cleared the fence several times before Sunil Narin dismissed the MI captain’s wicket in 19 overs. Coming out of the finals Russell bowled 20. Bravo hit his 6 and 4, and Zadran also cleared the fence to put him up to 1 on the final ball. Zadran also hit the final ball outside the ropes to give MI an exciting victory.
MI picked the bowl and shot through Trent Vault early on when left-armer Kenner Lewis fired into the Ducks. Brandon King struggled, going on his 6 of 13 balls and Raymon Leifer was eliminated on 3 of his 9 hits. However, De Silva maintained a good scoring record and was supported by fellow Sri Lankan Charis Athalanka who added 45 from 23. De Silva reached the ball 50-31 in that state before Athalanca fell to Pollard. The Knight Riders were 125/5 in 15 overs, but things slowed down a bit as the dismissal of De Silva only added 45 runs in his final 5 overs, with Narine scoring 28 instead of 18.
