Samiullah Shenwari is an Afghan cricketer who plays for the Men’s National Cricket Team of Afghanistan in international cricket. Samiullah is an important member of the Afghanistan National Team as a batting all-rounder. He is a leg break bowler who bats right-handed. Samiullah Shenwari was born in Nangarhar Province, Afghanistan, on December 31, 1987.
International Career
Shenwari made his international debut against Scotland on April 19, 2009. On February 1, 2010, he made his Twenty20 debut against Ireland in a T20I match.
Domestic Career
In the Faysal Bank Twenty20 Cup in 2011, Samiullah was a member of the newly created Afghan Cheetahs squad. Samiullah was named to Paktia’s squad for the inaugural Afghanistan Premier League tournament in September 2018.
Samiullah has a long and distinguished domestic career. He has played in T20 competitions all around the world.
