Royal Challengers Bangalore has had a fantastic start to the IPL 2021 season, winning both of their matches so far. That is not a condition in which RCB fans have always found themselves, but the start to this season has been promising.

The Royal Challengers Bangalore will now face the Kolkata Knight Riders, who lost their previous match in a dramatic fashion. KKR, on the other hand, has played decent cricket so far and has won both of its matches. A poor run of cricket does not make a team a bad one.

The conditions in Chennai have tested both teams, and we expect spin to play a significant role once again. The team that can adjust to new situations the fastest will win.

Kolkata Knight Riders vs Royal Challengers Bangalore On the 18th of April 2021, the IPL 2021 will be held at the MA Chidambaram Stadium in Chennai.

TEAM PREVIEWS

ROYAL CHALLENGERS BANGALORE

Shahbaz Ahmed has been batting at three in an attempt to be more offensive, but we’re not sure how well it will work out. Washington Sundar, Dan Christian, and Kyle Jamieson are all capable batters, but this isn’t a particularly good lower-order.

In T20 cricket, Virat Kohli can get bogged down, and Glenn Maxwell is inconsistent. In this match, AB de Villiers will be crucial.

RCB’s bowling has improved from previous seasons. In the previous match, Mohammad Siraj bowled with a lot of fire, while Harshal Patel is the leading wicket-taker in the IPL 2021. In one over, Shahbaz Ahmed changed the course of the game, and he would undoubtedly bowl several more.

KOLKATA KNIGHT RIDERS

KKR would be better off focusing on what helped them get into winning positions rather than concentrating on the few overs that cost them the game. Eoin Morgan is a fantastic captain who always seems to have the perfect match-up in mind.

We’re certain he understands the significance of getting Virat Kohli or AB de Villiers out early and will go after them.

At the top of the order, KKR’s batting is very good. Shubman Gill and Nitish Rana have made a strong start for the team and are in excellent form. Rahul Tripathi will bat third, and although he did not score many runs in the previous match, he did score a lot in the first.

The main issue is in the centre of the food chain. Eoin Morgan and Dinesh Karthik are both out of shape, and Andre Russell hasn’t been having the major hits he’s capable of.

Shakib Al Hasan may be replaced by Rahul Tripathi because he bats too low in the order. This batting lineup has a lot of strength and promise. Two bad matches aren’t enough to rule them out for the time being.

Prasidh Krishna has been the most expensive bowler in both matches. For this match, KKR may consider bringing in someone like Shivam Mavi or Kamlesh Nagarkoti. Pat Cummins bowls well and has a strong record against Virat Kohli.
