IPL Prediction : There will be 9 replacement players in 4 franchises.

The IPL Governing Council has confirmed nine player replacements for four franchises ahead of phase two starting September 19 in UAE. In addition to the replacements, the other franchises kept all their players except for Royal Challengers Bangalore and Rajasthan Royals.

David Warner replaces Adam Zampa

RCB replaced Adam Zampa with Wanindu Hasaranga from Sri Lanka. Hasaranga took 7 wickets in the last T20I series in Sri Lanka, including 4 in the final T20I.

In his place, Dushmantha Chameera

RCB also substituted Dushmantha Chameera for Daniel Sams. For the 2018–19 season, Dushmantha Chameera was one of 33 cricketers to be given a national contract. RCB signed him after his outstanding 2021 performance. In nine T20Is, he took 14 wickets at an average of 15.07.

Garton replaces Richardson

England’s George Garton will replace Australia’s Kane Richardson. Garton was selected for England’s ODI series against Sri Lanka in June 2021. RCB was waiting on IPL GC authorisation to replace him.

TIM DAVID REMOVES

Tim David will be the first Singaporean to play in the IPL. The 25-year-old has 558 runs in 14 T20I games with a strike rate of 158. He can also bowl with his right arm off-break.

GLENN PHILLIPS REPLACES JOFFRA

The postponing of the IPL has affected Rajasthan Royals the hardest, as most of its best players have withdrawn. Jofra Archer will be replaced by Glenn Phillips.

Glenn Phillips, from South Africa, played eight T20Is in 2021, scoring 182 runs at 178.43.

TAB Raiz Shamsi replaces TYE

Andrew Tye of Australia will be replaced by Tabraiz Shamsi of South Africa. Rajasthan chose Shamsi because he has been steady in 2021, taking 24 wickets in 14 matches. He is also the top ICC T20 bowler.

Replaced by Nathan Ellis

Punjab Kings have signed T20 World Cup hopeful Nathan Ellis. Ellis, who just earned his Australia debut against Bangladesh, has been picked in the Australian squad for IPL 2021 Phase 2 in the UAE. He will replace Riley Meredith.

In place of Jhye Richardson:

KL He also signed England spinner Adil Rashid for the remaining IPL 2021 matches in the UAE. Rashid replaces Jhye Richardson, the Australian pacer. The England spinner was unsold for Rs 1.5 crore in the IPL 2021 auction.

Adil Rashid has won the inaugural Hundred competition. He took 12 wickets in seven games for Northern Superchargers, with a best of 3/12.

IPL 2021: KCR

Pat Cummins is replaced by Tim Southee

KKR has recruited Tim Southee from New Zealand for the IPL 2021 second leg in UAE. Southee replaces Australian pacer Pat Cummins, who is sidelined for the rest of the competition in the Gulf.
