Royal win prediction online : Prithvi Shaw of the Delhi Capitals fails a yo-yo test, but is still eligible to play in the IPL in 2022, according to reports.

The non-Test players of Team India recently participated in a fitness camp at the National Cricket Academy, and the results of the tests are now being made public. Hardik Pandya passed the exam with flying colours and is ready to head the Indian Premier League in 2022. Gujarat Titans will be led by him.
However, one participant did not meet the required fitness level. According to PTI, Prithvi Shaw, a promising batter, failed the yo-yo test. In reality, he received a score of less than 15 on the exam. To pass the exam, a player must score at least 16.5 points.
According to the article, one of the reasons he isn’t evaluated for inclusion in the senior squad is his lack of fitness. Shaw’s most recent appearance for Team India was during the Sri Lanka tour. On the trip, Shikhar Dhawan captained a new-look team. Shaw was part of the India A squad that travelled to South Africa, however he was not selected for the national team.

“If Prithvi isn’t being considered on a regular basis, it’s possible that his fitness standards aren’t up to par, as anticipated of a Team India player,” a source told PTI.

Shaw’s fitness test results will have no effect on his participation in the IPL, and he is eligible to play in the T20 tournament. Shaw seems to be on track to start the season with David Warner, who will be available for selection after a few games.

“These are merely fitness updates,” says the author. Obviously, this does not prevent Prithvi from participating in the IPL for the Delhi Capitals. “It’s simply a fitness metric; it’s not the end all,” a source told PTI.

Shaw was signed by the Delhi Capitals before to the IPL 2022 super auction and has the support of the team’s management. He’ll now spend almost two months in DC’s camp, working on his fitness in order to push his way back into the national squad for the next home series against South Africa.
