Tasmania is a danger on any given match day because of their devastating top and middle orders, so Victoria will need to be persistent and probably take a lot of runs before being dismissed.
Fast bowler Peter Siddle is without a doubt the greatest threat the Vics’ bowlers will face. The huge guy has a lot of experience playing for the national team and has taken an incredible 28 wickets in only eight games, in addition to having a fantastic economy rate of 2.34.
Victoria has to use caution whenever Siddle is bowling because he is too cunning to be disregarded.

Victoria may easily win this SS match if Handscomb and Marcus Harris (who hit a fantastic 111 against WA) can really focus and team up for a tremendous total of about 300 in each innings.
The fast bowler Scott Boland, who also has some experience with the national team and is better for it, is the one to watch for Victoria. Boland is in in excellent form, having taken 32 wickets in six games with an economy rate of 2.10. The removal of some of Tasmania’s top batting threats, such as Jewell and Ward, may very well fall to Boland.
