Since guiding Lahore Qalandars to their first PSL win, Shaheen Afridi has been making headlines. They won the title after defeating Multan Sultans in the final, and head coach Aaqib Javed’s hard work with the team has finally paid off. Javed has worked tirelessly to turn the franchise’s fortunes around, and Shaheen has shown to be a capable leader.
Javed commented on Shaheen Afridi’s leadership abilities, which he saw during the PSL season that just ended. Javed and Shahid Afridi collaborated to make Shaheen the team’s captain, and it paid off handsomely. Former Pakistan cricketers like as Salman Butt, meanwhile, are opposed to Shaheen being national captain in the future.

“Today’s players are much different, both emotionally and physically. Shaheen is just 21 years old right now, but the PCB will have to handle these guys as they become older. “Players like Shaheen and Haris capitalise on the rhythm and often find themselves in difficulties when they take a pause,” Javed added.
