Ishan is a relative newcomer to the international scene, but has already established himself as an authority in whiteball cricket. He became his fourth Indian slugger to score two tons in his ODI against Bangladesh last month.
However, he was not considered for an ODI against Sri Lanka and instead returned to the side against New Zealand, batting in the middle order.His bat against the Blackcaps only collected 30 runs from three outings. so it was quiet.
