Rishabh also has two of his lacerations on his forehead, a torn ligament in his right knee, scrapes on his right wrist, ankle, toe and back. Rishab’s condition is stable and he will be transferred to Max’s Hospital in Dehradun where he will undergo an MRI scan to assess the extent of his injuries and determine his future course of treatment.

BCCI is in constant contact with his Rishabh’s family and the medical team is in close contact with the doctors currently treating Rishabh. The Board will ensure that Rishabh receives the best possible medical attention and all the support he needs to get out of this traumatic stage. The accident was caused by heavy fog on the highway. he was traveling alone. He was on his way back to Roorkee from Delhi.
