Cricket Prediction : Pakistan recalls Abbas and Naseem for Test matches, and names squads for the England and West Indies trips.

Haris Sohail has been recalled for the One-Day Internationals, while Imad Wasim has been recalled to the T20I squad for the England and West Indies tours, which begin on July 8. For the two Tests against the West Indies, they’ve picked a 21-man squad.

Pakistan have picked Azam Khan, an uncapped right-hand batsman, in their T20I squad, which will play three T20Is against England and five against the West Indies ahead of the ICC Men’s T20 World Cup later this year.

After missing out on the South Africa and Zimbabwe series, they have placed fast bowlers Mohammad Abbas and Naseem Shah in the mix for the two Test matches against the West Indies in August.

Yasir Shah’s participation is conditional on him passing a fitness test, as the wrist-spinner is still recovering from a knee ailment that kept him out of the Zimbabwe Tests. For the Tests, Pakistan has kept leg-spinner Zahid Mahmood, left-arm spinner Nauman Ali, and off-spinner Sajid Khan.

Unrestricted After missing South Africa’s ODIs due to injury, Saud Shakeel has restored his position, while Salman Ali Agha has been called up for ODIs.

Pakistan’s Chief Selector Muhammad Wasim stressed the importance of keeping an eye on the main ICC events as they move on.

He stated, “We’ve been constant in our choices and retained the same core of cricketers who have been in the set-up for a long time.”

“As part of our preparations for the ICC Men’s T20 World Cup, Pakistan will play the ICC Men’s Cricket World Cup Super League ODIs against England as well as T20Is against England and the West Indies. The ICC World Test Championship will be determined by the outcome of the Jamaica Test.

“Mohammad Abbas has regained his form, Naseem Shah and Haris Sohail have regained their fitness, and Imad Wasim has been returned since the T20 World Cup is expected to be hosted in the UAE, where he has a strong track record.
