IPL 2021 : Harbhajan Singh returns to KKR for team practise after completing his quarantine time. Keep an eye on things.

In the upcoming Indian Premier League season, Harbhajan Singh will play for Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR). The spinner is back in training after completing his quarantine period.

Harbhajan Singh has started training with Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR) for the upcoming Indian Premier League (IPL) 2021 after completing his seven-day quarantine period. KKR bought the Indian spinner for Rs 2 crore during the IPL Auction. On March 27, he arrived at KKR’s bio-secure bubble and was put in mandatory quarantine. On Saturday, KKR posted a video of him exiting his hotel room, along with the news that his test result was negative.

Harbhajan appears to be ecstatic about the prospect of beginning his outdoor training in the video. He also performs a few dance moves before exiting his bio-secure bubble.

Before joining the rest of his teammates for preparation, he can also be seen exchanging a few words with former captain Dinesh Karthik in the video.

Before joining MS Dhoni’s Chennai Super Kings, the 40-year-old started his IPL career with Mumbai Indians (MI) (CSK).

In the 2018 season, he was a key part of CSK’s title-winning streak, taking seven wickets in 13 matches. He also played for CSK in the IPL 2019, where they were defeated in the final by Mumbai Indians (MI).

Harbhajan was also set to play for CSK in the IPL 2020 in the United Arab Emirates (UAE), but he had to withdraw due to personal reasons. Due to the coronavirus pandemic, the IPL 2020 was relocated to the United Arab Emirates.

CSK had a disappointing season in the UAE, finishing seventh out of eight teams.

KKR did not do well in the league season, finishing fifth and losing out on a playoff berth.

KKR also signed Shakib Al Hasan for Rs 3.2 crore and Ben Cutting for Rs 75 lakh during the IPL 2021 Auction, in addition to Harbhajan.

Karun Nair (Rs 50 lakh), Pawan Negi (Rs 50 lakh), Sheldon Jackson (Rs 20 lakh), Venkatesh Iyer (Rs 20 lakh), and Vaibhav Arora are their other new additions (Rs 20 Lakh).

The IPL 2021 season will kick off on April 9, with the defending champions Mumbai Indians taking on Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB) in the first match.

On April 11, KKR will play SunRisers Hyderabad in their first match (SRH).
