IPL 2021 : The Punjab Kings give a behind-the-scenes look at their locker room.

In the forthcoming Indian Premier League (IPL), life for the Punjab Kings will be a combination of cricket and pleasure. On Saturday, the squad, which was previously known as Kings XI Punjab, released a video in which they showed off their stylish locker room. There is a chessboard, pool table, carrom board, and a table tennis area in the space, which is mostly red. After all, this is where the Kings will come and rest their minds and bodies after a difficult match or a long day of training.

Because of the pandemic, the players are encased in a bio-bubble. Getting stuck in a bubble takes a lot of the fun out of life. In light of this, the management has built PlayStations for players to charge up and experience the tempo that life demands in these challenging times.

Anil Kumble, the head coach of Punjab Kings, can be seen walking around and inspecting the setup in the two-and-a-half-minute footage. Any of the players are also seen opening their packs, removing shirts, and reorganising their kit bags.

A few of the team members have engaged in a friendly exercise in which they managed to balance a stick on the tip of their finger.

Punjab Kings finished sixth in the 2020 edition. They bolstered their squad this year at the auction table, adding Dawid Malan, the world’s top-ranked T20I batsman, and two exciting Australian fast bowlers, Jhye Richardson and Riley Meredith.

On April 12, Punjab Kings will play Rajasthan Royals in their first match.
