“However, only those who meet the eligibility criteria set forth in the ITT, and subject to other terms and conditions set forth therein, are eligible to participate in the bidding. It is stipulated that the This ITT purchase simply does not allow anyone to participate in the bidding.
“BCCI reserves the right to cancel or modify the bidding process at any time and in any way at its sole discretion,” the BCCI added.
The ITT deadline for media rights ended on December 31.
