Smriti Mandhana, the Indian women’s cricket team’s opener, has 4 million Instagram followers. The cricketer made the announcement via Instagram Stories. Smriti hit the landmark on the same day she made her T20 International debut eight years ago, which made it much more memorable. Smriti opened the batting and put up a 53-run partnership with Mona Meshram for the first wicket. She was India’s highest scorer, with a quickfire 39 points.
