TODAY MATCH PREDICTION : CSK VS KKR 1ST MATCH PREDICTION

CSK VS KKR PREVIEW

The Indian Premier League has returned, and this time it’s bigger than ever! We conducted a huge auction that reshuffled the whole player pool, and we now have two new teams in addition to the eight that were previously available. The finalist from the previous season, Chennai Super Kings, and the Kolkata Knight Riders, are the first to take the field.

Chennai Super Kings

CSK won the title last year and has put its faith in its veteran players once again. KKR has also managed to retain the nucleus of the team together, although this season’s outfit is much different. In IPL 2022, which team will get off to a winning start?

At the present, all of the cricket betting companies are offering pretty comparable odds for the two teams.

IPL 2022 match prediction and betting recommendations for CSK vs KKR. The match will take place on Saturday, March 26th, 2022, at Wankhede Stadium in Mumbai.

CSK has suffered a handful of setbacks ahead of the start of the season. Deepak Chahar is unlikely to play in the first half of the IPL 2022 season, and Moeen Ali is also stuck in the UK due to visa concerns. This means that two of their best players will miss the match versus KKR.

Devon Conway, who will begin the batting with Ruturaj Gaikwad, could make his IPL debut as a result.

CSK’s batting appears to be a little light. The playing eleven is anticipated to include Robin Uthappa, Ambati Rayadu, Ravindra Jadeja, Dwayne Bravo, and MS Dhoni. Ambati Rayadu and Ravindra Jadeja, we believe, are the two hitters who can be counted on to score runs in this match.

Between Adam Milne and Chris Jordan, the bowling lineup should contain at least one overseas fast bowler. Milne is the better and more versatile bowler in our opinion, but there is no wrong choice here. Given the amount of left-handed players in the KKR camp, Dhoni may chose Theekshana as his fourth overseas player.

The fast-bowling alternatives in India are limited. Tushar Deshpande and KM Asif appear to be the frontrunners for a spot in the starting eleven. Rajvardhan Hangargekar is another possibility.

On paper, the CSK roster does not appear to be very strong ahead of this opening encounter.

Kolkata Knight Riders

Venkatesh Iyer, Andre Russell, Varun Chakravarthy, and Sunil Narine were all retained by KKR for the IPL 2022 season. Iyer will open the batting, Russell and Narine will be important all-rounders, and Chakravarthy is a great IPL bowler.

Shreyas Iyer has also been selected to the squad, and he has been in excellent form. Iyer was named man of the series in the T20 series against the West Indies, made runs in the Test series against Sri Lanka, and also serves as the captain of the Kolkata Knight Riders. He’ll start at third base, setting the tone for the rest of the squad.

It will be intriguing to see who joins Venkatesh Iyer at the crease. We could see Nitish Rana, who has already played that role, Ajinkya Rahane (who will thrive in Mumbai), or Aaron Finch, who has been brought in as a replacement.

We also believe Sam Billings should bat in the middle order because he is the only true wicketkeeper in the group! He’s another great middle-order batsman who gives the KKR batting team some depth.

The bowling lineup will be determined by Russell and Narine bowling their full quota of overs, however India’s bowling options appear to be scant once again. Umesh Yadav and Shivam Mavi are two quick bowlers that could be involved in this match.

KKR already has the majority of its components in place; all it needs now are some good local players to fill in the holes.

Toss Prediction

The team that wins the toss will choose to bat first. The Wankhede has a reputation for being an excellent chase ground, therefore fielding first should be considered a distinct advantage.
