Tomorrow cricbuzz prediction: Ireland kicks off Bangladesh tour in ODI series

A Bangladesh Cricket Board official said on Friday Ireland will begin its next Bangladesh tour with a three-game ODI series at the Sylhet International Cricket Stadium.

Ireland will also face Chattogram’s Zahr Ahmed at his Chowdhury Stadium where he will face three of her T20Is. Visitors will then conclude the series with a one-match test series at Sher-e-Bangla National Stadium.

“Yes Ireland will start the tour with the ODI series in Sylhet and we are all set for that,” said the Bangladesh Cricket Board Sylhet Division representative and his BCB Women’s Wing for Evolution and Krik Baz. He is the chairman of Nadel Chowdhury confirmed.

According to the travel plan prepared by the Board, three ODIs will be held at He SICS on March 18, 20 and 23. After ODI, T20I will be held on March 26th, 28th and 30th.

Test matches are scheduled to run from April 4-8, but another source said the dates could be changed to start on April 3. The Irish team is expected to arrive on March 12th or 13th.

Meanwhile, Bangladeshi players have little rest before their home game against Ireland, as at home he is due to play England from 1 March to 14 March.
