The 2022-23 Ranji Trophy season concludes with four rounds of games, with round five beginning on Tuesday.
Uttarakhand, Saurashtra, Karnataka and Madhya Pradesh are the teams leading four elite groups. All four of him are undefeated this season, but defending his champion Madhya Pradesh has won all four of his matches so far.
In the plate group, Meghalaya occupies the top spot with a perfect record.
With three rounds remaining, the top two from each group advance to the quarterfinals. The two plate finalists for the 2023-24 season will be promoted to the Elite Group, while the bottom two teams from all four Elite Groups will be relegated based on points and quotient considerations.
