India’s opening batsman Rohit Sharma, who arrived in London on Thursday, took to Instagram to post a photo with Rishabh Pant from the Ageas Bowl in Southampton, where the World Test Championship final will be held. The inaugural World Test Championship final will be contested between India and New Zealand from June 18 to 22, with June 23 set aside as a reserve day. “We are in Southampton,” Rohit Sharma wrote in the caption, tagging wicketkeeper-batsman Rishabh Pant in the process. Both Rohit and Pant can be seen in the photo, which has the Ageas Bowl field in the backdrop.
Wriddhiman Saha had earlier in the day uploaded photos from the team room’s balcony and asked followers for their thoughts on the stadium.
In his tweet, Saha mentioned the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) and wrote: “This is our view from the balcony of our accommodation.

After the World Test Championship final, the men’s team, captained by Virat Kohli, will play England in a five-match Test series. The women’s squad, on the other hand, will face England in a one-off Test, three One-day Internationals, and three Twenty20 Internationals.
In Tests and ODIs, Mithali Raj will head the women’s squad, while Harmanpreet Kaur will head the side in the shorter version of the game.
