Sunrisers Eastern Cape secured their third consecutive win and moved up to second in the SA20 standings thanks to a strong bowling performance that held Pearl Royal to just 127-7. They then tracked that total down with relative ease to a 5-wicket victory.
When asked to bat first, the Royals were upset early on when both Jason Roy and Jos Butler were sent home with just 18 runs on the board in three overs.
