Anam Amin’s biography: It is uncommon for a female cricketer to defeat her male rivals in a team like Pakistan. But when West Indies triumphed in both the men’s and women’s ICC World T20 competitions in 2016, something similar occurred. One of Pakistan’s most valuable spinners, Anam Amin, made history for the Pakistani women’s squad.

Amin was the only cricketer from Pakistan to make the ICC’s Team of the Competition, despite the fact that both the male and female teams there had a difficult tournament. No member of the men’s cricket squad could be found on that list.

In that competition, Amin also won two player of the match honors for her outstanding efforts against India and the West Indies. She began by playing with the guys, much like many cricketers from her nation.

Amin was born in Lahore on August 11, 1992. She has played for teams including PCB Challengers, Lahore Women, PCB Blasters, State Bank of Pakistan Women, and PCB Dynamites in addition to the Pakistan women’s cricket team. Residential Career

The fourth Shaheed Mohtarma Benazir Bhutto Women Cricket Challenge Trophy in 2015–16 marked Anam Amin’s T20 debut. She bowled 4 overs while representing State Bank of Pakistan Women and only allowed 25 runs to be scored. She also secured Sania Khan’s vital wicket. She was undefeated at bat on two.

She allowed only 27 runs in 9 overs in his list A debut in the Mohtarma Fatima Jinnah Women Cricket Championship Seniors 2014. In addition, she took Saniya Aroub’s key wicket, who was playing dangerously with the bat. Amin didn’t have to bat in the game because of the outstanding performances by Lahore Women’s top order.

Worldwide Career

Amin’s international career began in scenic Cox’s Bazar, Bangladesh, competing against the Bangla Tigresses. She bowled all of her allotted 10 overs, allowing just 20 runs to be scored. Two maidens were also under her spell. She failed to pick up any wickets in her first international outing, however.

Just a few days later, against the same opponent, at the same location, she made her T20I debut. She did manage to get a wicket this time. In addition, she only allowed 19 runs over her four-over period. She eliminated Bangladesh’s third-ranked player Fargana Hogue. She participated in the 2018 ICC Women’s World Twenty20 in addition to the 2016 edition of the competition. She matched the top ODI statistics of 2015.

Amin has 20 ODI appearances under her belt for her country. She has taken 29 wickets in those games with an outstanding average of 18.65. Additionally, she has shown exceptional clinical skill, allowing just under 4 runs per over in run allowed.
