The lucrative T20 tournament IPL 2021 will begin next month in India. In the first game of the IPL 2021, Mumbai Indians and Royal Challengers Bangalore will face off. On April 9, 2021, the match will be held at Chennai’s MA Chidambaram stadium.

5. Gautam Gambhir- 36 Fifties
Gautam Gambhir is the fifth-highest scorer in the Indian Premier League with five fifties. Former Indian cricketer who smashed 36 half-centuries in 152 innings. Gambhir, a left-handed batsman, has 4217 runs in the IPL. Gautam Gambhir was a member of the Delhi Capitals from 2008 to 2010.
Gambhir was a member of the Kolkata Knight Riders from 2011 to 2017. In his final season of the IPL, he joined the Delhi Capitals.
4. Suresh Raina and AB de Villiers- 38 Fifties
Suresh Raina and AB De Villiers are tied for fourth in the tournament with the most half-centuries. So far in the IPL, both batsmen have smashed 38 fifties. Raina has 189 IPL innings under his belt, while AB de Villiers has 156. Raina is also the Indian Premier League’s second-highest run scorer, with 5368 runs.
Suresh Raina has been a member of the Chennai Super Kings since the inaugural edition of the IPL in 2008. He did not participate in IPL 2020, but he is expected to return to Chennai Super Kings in IPL 2021. AB de Villiers, on the other hand, has been with Royal Challengers Bangalore since the IPL began in 2011.
3. Rohit Sharma and Virat Kohli – 39 Fifties
In the IPL, Rohit Sharma and Virat Kohli are tied for third in terms of most fifties. Both Indian cricketers have 39 half-centuries to their names. So far, Rohit Sharma has appeared in 195 innings and scored 5230 runs. He is the Mumbai Indians’ captain.
Virat Kohli, on the other hand, has 5878 runs in 184 innings so far. Kohli is the captain of Royal Challengers Bangalore.
2. Shikhar Dhawan – 41 Fifties

Shikhar Dhawan is the Indian Premier League’s second-most-fifty-hitting player. Dhawan, a left-handed batsman, has 41 half-centuries in 175 innings. In the 2008 Indian Premier League, Shikhar Dhawan was a member of the Delhi Capitals. In IPL 2009 and 2010, he was a member of the Mumbai Indians.
In IPL 2011 and 2012, he joined the Deccan Chargers. Shikhar Dhawan represented Sunrisers Hyderabad in the Indian Premier League from 2013 to 2018. Dhawan has been a member of the Delhi Capitals since the 2019 IPL season began.

David Warner holds the record for most half-centuries in the Indian Premier League (IPL) with 48. So far, the Australian cricketer has played 142 innings and scored 5254 runs in his career. David Warner has earned the orange cap three times as well.
In IPL 2015, IPL 2017, and IPL 2019, the southpaw was the top run-scorer. David Warner was a member of the Delhi Daredevils from 2009 to 2013. The left-handed opener has been with Sunrisers Hyderabad since IPL 2014. Sunrisers Hyderabad will be led by David Warner in the IPL 2021.
