The Australian team will head to India on Wednesday 1 February after an optional pre-season camp in Sydney this weekend ahead of the four-game Border Gavaskar test series.
Nagpur will host his first Test from his 9th February and Delhi will host his second from his 17th February. Dharamsala He will host the 3rd edition from March 1st. And the finals in Ahmedabad will start on March 9th. India now holds the Border-Gavaskar Trophy after his 2-1 victory in the 2020-21 series.
These four tests of his will also be crucial for India to qualify for the final of the Test World Championship at The Oval in London in June. This will be the last Border-Gavaskar Trophy to be contested over the four test series. From May 2023 to April 2027, India and Australia will play his five-match series for the first time since 1992.
Following the four tests, he will have three of his ODIs in Mumbai (17th March), Visakhapatnam (19th March) and Chennai (22nd March).
