New Zealand decides to attack Pakistan
New Zealand won the toss in her second ODI and chose to bat first to end her three-game winning streak after losing her first ODI on Monday.
The visitors stepped up their spin attack, bringing in leg spinner Ish Sodi and pairing them with finger spinners Mitchell Santner and Michael Bracewell. Glenn Phillips also has Fingerspin his bowling options. Henry Shipley, a six-foot-tall fast bowler, made way for Canterbury teammate Sodie.
Pakistan has not changed since the first ODI. That meant new vice-captain Shan Massood was benched again. The hosts won the first game by 6 wickets.
